By purchasing YKK® sliders or other YKK® components, Buyer agrees that it is prohibited from and shall not assemble them onto non-YKK® chain or other components, or buy YKK® chain and assemble non-YKK® sliders or other components onto such YKK® chain. Failure to abide by these requirements will void any applicable YKK® warranty and may subject Buyer to claims for trademark infringement and/or involvement in counterfeit goods.

The Outdoor Kit repairs worn out or broken sliders on tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, some jackets, duffel bags, luggage, and a variety of other gear and accessories. The sliders included are nylon coil type and molded plastic tooth zippers commonly found on outdoor gear.
Shipping information
We ship WORLDWIDE. Ship by 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS, and Federal Express Domestically & internationally. UPS & FedEx Shipping Overnight & 2nd Day Air Services also available upon request!
Returns & warranty
30-day return policy.
Stock items can be returned. The items must be returned within 30 days of shipping. We cannot accept product returns for custom orders, including custom-length zippers, unless there is an issue with the product.
Items ordered incorrectly or pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid, and we must be notified in advance.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
