Stock items can be returned. The items must be returned within 30 days of shipping. We cannot accept product returns for custom orders, including custom-length zippers, unless there is an issue with the product.
Items ordered incorrectly or pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid, and we must be notified in advance.
