Instructions:

1.Peel open hook and loop fastener tape(A). 2.Position pad under garment you are wearing. 3.Place bra, slip or camisole strap between hook and loop tape(B). 4..Position shoulder pad for appearance and comfort. 5.Press down to fasten hook and loop tape.
