A: If the zipper is in stock or a stock color you can buy one zipper. Otherwise the minimum order quantity is 50.

A: Items in stock can be shipped same day or next day depending on what time the order was placed.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Stock items can be returned, however a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase. We cannot accept product returns for custom orders unless there is an issue with the product. Items that were ordered incorrectly or were pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid and we must be notified in advance. Shipping charges are not refundable.
